    My 34 yr old son is living in our grandma apartment out back….I’m not sure he will ever leave. :( It is a different world we live in, my friend.

    • It is a different world, Bill. It’s very difficult for the millennials to get into the market these days. Rent prices are excessively high and lenders want incredibly high credit scores to qualify buyers for a loan. There aren’t many options but to move in with a family member who has the space to house them.
